We want you to be happy with your By Khadijah purchase. Please read the following before placing your order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer discretionary refunds or exchanges for change of mind beyond your statutory cancellation rights.
For online orders, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the applicable legal conditions. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered please contact us as soon as possible at by.khadijah@outlook.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please note
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered after delivery may not be eligible for a return where the law permits us to refuse or reduce a refund.
